The first weekend is offered July 24-27 (or September 25 – 28 or October 23-26), over four days you experience life energy flowing through body, mind and spirit.
The weekend training is open to first timers and seasoned bodyworkers alike. Discover for yourself the palpable feeling of life energy flowing through body and mind. Use time honored touch and movement techniques to clear obstructions that block the flow. Punch your ticket to pleasure, enjoyment, fulfillment and satisfaction! During the course you will discover :
• Daily Rhythms of Channel Qi related to nervous system conditions of fight, flight, freeze, or calm.

This Four-Day, 30 Hour Intensive Training offers bodyworkers and lovers of the healing arts a deep dive foundation in HeartMind Shiatsu, developed and cultivated through forty years of clinical practice by Matthew Sweigart, AOBTA – Certified Instructor.
